Compliance of terms
By using Southern Can Washers LLC’s service, you agree to our terms and conditions. If you disagree, you may not use our services.
Cancellation Fee
For early cancellations (before your first cleaning), there is a $12 fee. The remaining payment will be refunded. This fee covers scheduling and admin costs.
If you cancel after one cleaning on a subscription, you’ll be charged the difference between your plan and the $65 one-time cleaning fee.
Commitment service of trash can cleaning
Monthly and Bi-Monthly plans require a 3-month commitment. Quarterly plans require a commitment to two quarters. Canceling early may result in a charge for the remaining balance.
Rescheduling Fee
A $10 rescheduling fee may be applied if multiple appointments are rescheduled. You will be reminded by text the day before your service.
Scheduling
Accurate customer info is essential for scheduling. If the can is not out and you didn’t notify us, the fee is non-refundable.
Problems with billing
Please contact us before reaching out to your bank. We’re happy to resolve any issues regarding unexpected charges.
Compliance of Changes
By agreeing to our terms, you authorize Southern Can Washers LLC to charge your selected payment method and perform cleaning services.
Payment
We accept multiple payment types. Your billing will recur monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, or one-time based on your selected plan and signup date. If you need to update billing, email or text us.
