If you notify us in advance, we can reschedule before the month ends. If no notice is given, you will still be charged for that month’s service.

We send notifications a day before your service. If you forget and don’t notify us, we may not return unless time allows.

No. If you’d like additional cans cleaned, you can add them for $10 each.

You will be charged on the same date each billing cycle as your original signup date. (e.g., Signup: Sept 15 → Next billing: Oct 15)

You will receive a text message once your can is cleaned, and your account will be updated.

Yes, you can update it through our website.

If we miss your cleaning, we will credit your account for the next month.

No. As long as your trash can is accessible, we will clean it and return it to its original place.

Preferred placement is at the end of your driveway—like you do for trash pickup.
